Tax
The American Museum of Natural History Online Shop only charges sales tax for orders purchased by persons residing or have their credit card billing address in New York State.
Domestic Shipping
We ship all orders using UPS (United Parcel Service) within seven to ten business days. UPS 2-day shipping is also available to U.S. addresses. We do not ship orders internationally.

American Museum of Natural History Return Policy
You may return any item to us in its original condition, within 30 days of the delivery date for a replacement, exchange, credit or refund. Please include a reason for return and a receipt of purchase (your original packing slip or a photocopy).

Returns in Person
You may also return your item at American Museum of Natural History's Main Store, located inside the museum. The American Museum of Natural History is located at Central Park West at 79th Street in New York, NY. Your item must be returned within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by a receipt.
Order Cancellations
If you decide to cancel an order that you have already placed online, please contact the American Museum of Natural History at shop@amnh.org within 24 hours of your order.
Order Status
Once we have processed your order you will receive an email with an order number and tracking number for UPS. After receiving this tracking number you can track your order online at www.ups.com. If you have any questions please email The American Museum of Natural History at shop@amnh.org include your name, date of purchase, and order number.
