The American Museum of Natural History Online Shop only charges sales tax for orders purchased by persons who reside or have their credit card billing address in New York State.

Shipping / Handling Charges for U.S. Customers
Shipping rates are calculated during check-out at which time the customer can choose from ground, 2-day, and next day service. We ship all orders via UPS within 3 to 5 business days. We do not ship weekends or major holidays. Shipping rates are slightly higher to western states. Please note that 2-day and next day service is calculated by business days and does not include weekends. International shipping is currently not available. If you are an international customer and would like to place an order please call our Customer Service number at 212-313-7057 for more information.

American Museum of Natural History Return Policy
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please enclose a note stating reason for return along with original receipt. All shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable. If an item is damaged during shipment please save all packing materials and contact us immediately at 1-800-671-7035.

Returns in Person
You may also return your item at American Museum of Natural History's Main Store, located inside the museum. The American Museum of Natural History is located at Central Park West at 79th Street in New York, NY. Your item must be returned within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by a receipt.

Order Cancellations
If you decide to cancel an order that you have already placed online, please contact the American Museum of Natural History at shop@amnh.org within 24 hours of your order.

Order Status
Once we have processed your order you will receive an email with an order number and UPS tracking number. After receiving this tracking number you can track your order online at www.ups.com.
